Kevin Liles is committed to helping young people realize their full potential. Through foundations of his own, and participation in several other organizations, Kevin spends countless hours giving back to the community. He is an advocate for academic education & life education. The Make It Happen Foundation and the Kevin Liles For A Better Baltimore Foundation were established to foster an environment for young people set goals and accomplish them.

The Make It Happen Foundation provides opportunities and access for young people to become products of their experiences and not merely products of their environment. Through internship partners and mentor programs, the foundation provides life-changing opportunities for under serviced youth.

The Kevin Liles For A Better Baltimore Foundation cultivates a better Baltimore through youth oriented service. It provides Baltimore youth with exposure to social, educational, economic, cultural, and civic opportunities that they may not otherwise experience, and educates the public about funding needs of organizations that provide services or advocacy for Baltimore youth.

Kevin Liles serves on the diversity board of Ogilvy & Mather.
